Fantastic food and service! And SO great for kids!
I love a good breakfast place to stop in connect with friends and family… just not at the expense of almost $200 for five. I ordered two orange juices which equated to FIFTEEN Dollars, and the drinks were very small amounts at that! Corn bread was amazing, they charge $10 for only three, how do only do three for $10… we have five people so that’s another $20 to give everyone at least one. Soft drinks they’re charging $4 a drink… ordered a couple corn breads one of the mozzarella sticks and you’re getting into $70 just for drinks and apps!!!! Good food, WAYYY overpriced, just be warned!!!!!!

So may gluten free options! We had the gluten free chicken fries ribeye and the chicken biscuit (sub gluten free bread) with jalapeño jam. By far some of the greatest gluten free (or not) fried steak we’ve had. The goat cheese grits are a must as they are warm, creamy, with the right touch of flavor. The mozzarella sticks are big ol blocks of cheese, deep fried in a sweet savory rice flour blend served with chipotle ranch.

If you have been to their location off of Oltorf, identical menus as expected. However, this location has a much larger seating capacity and more abundant parking.
The food is delicious as usual. I went with my usual Big Bacon and Eggs. They had some specials going on, but I couldn't pass up on the big slab of bacon.
Service seemed kind of busy due to the amount of people here.
The ambiance of the facility is really nice. It felt very open and a lot of lighting with all the windows.
The staff here are friendly as their other location.

Server was nice and location was cute.
Got the Fried Green Tomato BLT. Was pretty excited for it and was left disappointed. The tomato’s themselves were small and thick little pucks that lacked flavor and were very crunchy. They were also half ripened which left me further confused with how crunchy they were. I’ve eaten a lot of fried green tomatoes and these were not it. Goat cheese grits were good though.

We always go during the week, so there's never a wait. The food is made fresh, and the service is attentive and friendly. The restaurant and restrooms are always clean, too. I love that we don't feel rushed and we can spend our time catching up over good food. Wish they'd offered turkey bacon or sausage, but other than that, we always enjoy our meals.

I can only speak to the items we ordered: Bacon, it was more like jerky. Fried french toast, tasted like funnel cake. Eggs over easy, not all the white was cooked. Biscuit and gravy, biscuit was very crumbly and course. Gravy had an odd flavor. The eggs and gravy had way too much black pepper. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive.

WAY Too Rich.
Some people may enjoy their eggs Benedict like this, but I would’ve rather had it from IHOP than phoebe’s. For reference, I love love love the eggs benedict from Kirby Lane and the reason these were such a flop for me was because they were ridiculously overdone in my opinion. the hash browns were made into an extremely salty and mushy “casserole”. The biscuit was very thick and sopping with butter. The ham was so smokey and sweet I couldn’t taste any pig. Overall the presentation was beautiful, but the flavor was entirely too rich past the point of being decadent. it’s grossly rich.

Caught up with a friend I hadn't seen in a while for brunch at Phoebe's. It was such a fantastic time! We sat at the bar and got really great service. Our food was impeccablen nd although we did have to drive around a bit to get some parking, it was well worth it. Pro tip: get your omelet with goat cheese. 😋

I loved the food and experience at Phoebes. We had a special holiday meal and it was absolutely delicious. They also have good coffee and a light breakfast menu, which is definitely making us go back again

Read the menu before going. If you are expecting traditional diner food DO NOT expect that here. The meals are trying too hard to be cool. Sage sausage gravy with no sausage in site that comes out yellow and with so much seasoning it's gritty. Biscuits are far too dense. Kids meals aren't really meals (is anything here?). The waiter was rude from the beginning and instead of asking if we enjoyed our untouched food so we could give feedback, he asked if we wanted a box lol It was very busy and so loud we had to shout to hear each other. Personally, I won't be returning.

Is have to say I was underwhelmed with the food. I saw the website and the food looked good but it was lackluster. We ordered an egg thing that was battered and fried. The egg was over cooked. My wife's Crab cake Benny same thing. The pooched the were over. No runny egg. My biscuits and gravy not that much flavor. The staff was great the place is cool. The food just wasn't good.
The cheeky monkey, that's what that thing was.
