BLT Panzanella

Romaine lettuce, roasted corn, candied bacon, boiled peanuts, crispy shallots, pickled egg, diced mozzarella, pimento peppers, chives, and a creamy buttermilk dijon vinaigrette.
Southwest Kale

Southern-style fried shrimp, Creole remoulade, shaved iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and hot sauce on French bread.

Fried chicken breast with Nashville mop sauce and black pepper vinaigrette slaw. Served on our fresh pullman loaf and finished with dill pickles and a hot aioli.

Stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed all our dishes. The boiled peanut hummus was really nice twist and the root veggies provided were great…super fresh, crisp and chilled. All of the salads we tried each had a nice little twist to standard recipes… glad I tried the Dijon based dressing although u might want to ask for it on the side to dress to ur liking. This brewery is insanely good! They have the best IPA’s and hazy IPA’s (try the electric jellyfish) and amazing sourdough pizza. The team there are incredible especially J.E. Care factor and hospitality 10/10. Special thank you to J.E.!

Good spot. The interior design is really dope looking. The food, while basic, is well made, fresh, and just enough flare to find appreciation in its offerings. As for the beer, nothing out of the ordinary in my opinion, as the beer selections didn't appear to be ground breaking in any way. And while I'm no beer aficionado, I can say the selections at least taste on par with what I had from other breweries. Certainly worth your time and money to check this spot out.
