I placed an order to get one pizza which was 20 dollars gave the worker 100 dollar bill and she only gave me 60 didn’t want to give me the rest of the change back she said she couldn’t open the register and was giving me attitude and swearing she ended up throwing the pizza to the trash in front of me and still didn’t want to give me my change when I mentioned I was gonna call the police she gave me my change back quickly and threw it at me (worst experience ever !!!! )

I really like their food, for my taste it is the best 👌 but the service is not very pleasant, it seems that the person serving is having a bad day or simply does not like their job.... discrimination and lack of customer service is felt ...that in my case does not motivate me to return...

I was asking a question before placing an order and all I asked was how much is the delivery and the lady hung up on me. Then I tried calling back and now no answer.
I ordered online for a small party. When I went to pick it up I waited for almost 15 minutes before anyone came to the counter. The employee who did come to the counter was not very friendly, not rude just blah. The pizza was hot but was a bit lacking on the cheese. There were many sections on each pizza that had no cheese just bald. The crust was tasty.

Never answered the phone to let them know I didn't get what I ordered. I got Italian sausage and mushrooms and I ordered beef with onions and jalapenos. My family doesn't eat mushrooms or pork . I called several times after the 1st time the phone hanging up after 30 mins and no answer. Still never got an answer. Ordered from site but they sent to a door dash person. Paid for delivery fees and tip to get the wrong order and no one to answer the phone. I want a refund and I will never do business with them again. Should have went with Domino's like I was at first...

Got my pizza after they decided to hand it off to door dash and paid over $35 on 1 pizza and wings. Got the order and it's not even the pizza I ordered. I ordered a thin crust beef with jalapenos and onions one half... What do I get??? A think crust with mushrooms and Italian sausage. One we don't eat pork and 2nd we don't eat mushrooms. Been on the phone for over 15 mins and still no one has answered... Terrible customer service. I will never order from here again. Still on hold as I write this..

So I’m going to sit here and hope this was a genuine misunderstanding as it seems a month prior someone ran into this same situation, however what I will not tolerate is someone pushing another person to TEARS over genuine confusion. I ordered pizza for carry out on the website and asked my partner to pick it up however, the people working there claimed that it wasn’t there. We have order confirmation, an order number, both confirmation of what time we ordered it as well as where we were supposed to pick it up, and we were charged for it and my partner came back in tears as the manager refused to do anything about it and wouldn’t even take the order number. we are both incredibly exhausted, I’ve tried calling multiple times and no one has answered. To whoever is running that establishment I sincerely hope you teach your workers what basic human empathy looks like because genuinely not even giving us a number to call or an email to write to (because it’s evident from the last review written here that this is not the first time this has happened) the fact that no one had any kind of solution for this is genuinely baffling.

I ordered a Big Box fro this store tonight. I have NEVER had an order so screwed up in my life. Placed it for delivery and got a text saying it was ready for pick up. My brother is in a wheelchair and cannot drive. Why would I order carry out for him! Management tried to say they were helping me but overcharged me by $5.42 for a pizza o be delivered an hour later! I cannot believe this location has done this to me as many times as I’ve ordered from them. Who can afford to to order a pizza for $52.00 for one disabled person. NO ONE!

On 2 separate occasions my order was incorrect when delivered. I think the staff at the North Lamar location is incompetent, and I won't be ordering from them again.
