Got lunch, two sandwiches. The Wreck & the Italian, so delicious! Chips & drinks. Placed order online & picked it up 8min later. Staff is always so friendly & they’re redoing the outside patio area which I love to sit under the tree outside.

I assume meeting order on the app and the time for the pick up come up and nobody can find my order. I asked the lady for a refund and the lady just gave me an excuse that they have to email corporate and I spent more than 20 minutes waiting for my food and nobody give me a solution

I’ve visited Potbelly multiple times and finally got around to writing a review—because honestly, they make the best freaking sandwich I’ve ever tasted! Whether it’s the vegetarian or non-vegetarian options, both are absolutely delicious. The fresh toppings they offer really enhance the overall flavor, making each bite satisfying.
The staff here also deserves a special mention. They are super professional, efficient, and always ensure a great customer experience. And if you’re stopping by, don’t miss out on the cookie at the counter—it’s the perfect sweet treat to end your meal.

The girl working the counter had such a poor attitude to the point that she rolled her eyes multiple times at me and my husband when we asked her to correct the mistakes made. The manager was made aware and simply stated “he would talk to her”. If you have a bad day don’t take it out on the customers who have done nothing wrong, go home or find another job you actually enjoy. Bonus points to the establishment for having a dirty dining room and serving us sandwiches that looked like they’d been thrown against the wall.
I love Potbelly and always drive 20 mins to get a great sandwich but this location has me doubting and questioning the hygiene and cleanness at this store. The vending machine at this place has a puddle around it and this has been the case for months - looking at the machine one can see the green mold forming on the drink dispensing nozzle and around it. Seeing this makes me wonder if the store cares and now I hesitate to make the drive.

I haven’t been to this particular potbelly but I love their sandwiches. The reason in reviewing this location is because this is the closest one we have to Kyle and I really would like to stress how much I’d love one of these stores here. We need more restaurant and good choices and it would be amazing if they put a potbelly here. Please consider. Also excited to try the pot pie.

The customer service here is horrible. I like the food but the way that everyone energy is kills it for me and how they all let you know how much they hate working by the looks on their face and how they don’t greet you and they make you feel you’re in a stillmate with them by how much they ignore. This place really need a manager that’s on top of that because most of the time I’ll go somewhere else when I’m really craving some good potbelly’s.
