coffee tasted like battery acid
Great coffee and selection :D
UT Austin is a massive school with 40k+ students and they choose to put a coffee shop in the library that is only open until 4pm on weekdays?
the older lady who works here is possibly the rudest person I've ever met
I used to fan of this coffee shop until recently. I had already ordered, customized, and paid for a cappuccino, and my drink at the bar was messed up. Someone thought it was their drink and added cinnamon to it, realized it wasn’t their drink, and left at the bar. I asked the manager for a redo of my order and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. As someone who used to work in a customer service job myself, I was baffled! I wasted $8 total, for a messed up drink and then for a second drink I ordered to make up for the first drink. They’ve lost a customer.
I was refused service after bringing a 12 oz reusable container. They claimed that they were required to fill their own cups. I even offered to pay for the largest size and still they refused. This is a fundamentally poor policy, both economically and ecologically.
No basic costumer service. During the summer they close at 12. Which is stupid. I brought lunch from home and forgot a fork, the lady with short black hair was putting up the signs that they outside @ 12:02 and while I was walking in to grab a fork she said it was closed. I was like “I only need a fork!” And they wouldn’t hand me a simple plastic fork for my lunch. Do go there.
The lady with the short black hair is really rude. The coffee is very bitter but it’s cheap
Emphasis on the worst consumer service ever, especially in the morning. Just go to Jester Java or Starbucks.

really cheap!
This is a licensed location opperated by Aramark, and therefore credit card acceptance and gift card acceptance are limited (They don't take Discover for some bizzare reason), and training of staff may be more limited than usual for this brand.Location is convenient for students and the prices reflect that. It's not the best coffee, but most of the time there isn't much of a line and they provide expedient service. The names of the drinks don't always correspond to what they make, so make sure you ask how they make the drink in question. Overall a good product and convenient location, 4/5 stars!
Worst customer service of any coffee shop in the city. Double check they charge you and serve you correctly! (P.S. not very allergy friendly) The coffee’s not great, but it sure is convenient.
The coffee is decent. The lattes are worth it. The line moves quickly. Make sure to ask for exactly what you want or you won't get it.
really cheap!
