The new manager raised the price of Sake sets. 9-12 is ridiculous. Shoutout Laurel.

By far the worst spider roll I've ever eaten - way too much mayo sauce. I also ordered some basics and they tasted "off". Good luck if you eat here

Went there last night. I was hesitant and had to look around prior to sitting. I thought I'd give it a shot. This confirmed that I'm not a fan of buffet style AYCE restaurant anymore. Especially overpriced ones like this. The sushi was limited selection, the hot food looked good but was meh at best. The hot soup or the boba and desserts are probably why one would go there if anything. There are other AYCE sushi places have a wider selection and you're not guessing what's in them because the menu tells you. The experience is closer to $25 maybe 30. Not worth going back since I know there are better places for the same price.

Fried pork tonkatsu was really bad, tasted like an old cutlet from the back of the freezer. The spicy mayo smelled like skunky, my apartment still stinks. I never leave food reviews but I am so disappointed

Went for Valentines day and the food was fantastic, but the hours are not at ALL accurate! I had a pick up order on Toogoodtogo and the store was closed TWO HOURS EARLY with no sign or phone answers, left myself and several others very confused and upset. I'd come back for the food but the service is horrible with communication. It is also incredibly expensive, there were no signs or promotions for Valentines day (A tuesday) to have weekend pricing aside a half crinkled folded down sign saying it was dinner prices and no staff warning, a lunch on a weekday costed Weekend dinner price!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My friends and I spent over $300 at Raku, expecting to enjoy a good meal, but instead, we were rudely rushed out the moment we paid.
First, a staff member came up and told us, “You guys have been here for a while. Please leave.” This was right as we were figuring out how to split the check—something that takes just a few minutes. Five minutes later, another staff member came by again telling us to leave. It was clear they were more concerned about flipping tables than treating paying customers with respect.
For a restaurant where you’re dropping that much money, you’d expect at least a little hospitality. Instead, we were made to feel unwelcome the second we finished eating. If you value good service and a place where you’re not treated like an inconvenience, avoid this place. Plenty of other restaurants in town actually respect their customers.

Charging to much for very small cold crablegs and ran out fast and took long time to refill.

Different! Just not the type of food that I like. The food did not seem fresh but we did go at 8:30. It was a different version of a Chinese buffet.

Used to be one of my go to grab and go sushi places. Ordered a classic roll with spicy yellowtail that was completely spoiled and rotten. The fish had a repugnant taste and slight smell. Absolutely disgusting! Can’t trust the integrity of this place anymore.
The food was good! Super fast customer service! Staff was super sweet

Great food and quality service. We have been here several times, and notice the quality of food is consistent, definitely worth of the money paid.

If you're a sushi lover, this place is a must-visit! The variety of options available is impressive, catering to all tastes. I especially appreciated the no-limit sashimi pieces, allowing you to indulge as much as you want. I also enjoyed milk tea and soda included. Highly recommend for an amazing sushi experience!

Salmon was soiled. Guess that’s why it was stamped “Buy 1, Get 1 Free.”
Manager’s lack of “ownership” of food quality was even worse.
