Was pleasantly surprised by the food and the service at ranch 616. My grandparents are extremely picky and had no complaints!! I knew that the energy was great but was so happy that the food and service were as well
We loved to and had a nice time - great outdoor space and fun indoor design - Had maize crusted trout, Paloma's and flourless chocolate cake dessert and everything was delicious. Our server was nice and knowledgeable and made great recommendations.

As a local I have been coming to ranch 616 for years and it never disapoints!!! I have brought people from all around who love the food and experience! Food and staff are always amazing! Tonight we had Danielle C and she was amazing! Very attentive and patient. Made sure everyone had a great time whether a local or out of towner! As the home of the ranch water, I think it would be awesome to see the restaurant partner with local vendors! As someone who networks with restaurants and local markets I think Ranch 616 has a great opportunity- especially with being the home of the ranch water! There are soo many local artist who do things with topo chico bottles! Be a cool partnership and great way to bring more locals back in!

I came here for a dinner during my sister's bachelorette party and it was great! the interior is so fun and funky, and the food is good for the value. originally we were seated outside and it was forecast to rain, so i worked with the staff here to move our party inside. they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I will definitely come back next time I am in austin!
The chipotle ceasar salad was delicious ...and our trout with cheesy grits was FANTASTIC!! Our waitress-I believe Danielle, was friendly, helpful and excellent... Very enjoyable dinner and loves the specialty drink...
Bigger than expected portions! The calamari- oysters and lamb appetizers were delicious- highly recommend! We also had the wedge salad and redfish- and don't forget the ranch water (strong). It was one of our best meals in Austin! The wait staff was fun friendly and super efficient- great experience!
The food here is consistently great. Their shrimp ceviche is really delicious and I have eaten it several times. Last night my friend and I had the fried frog legs, ceviche, and quail. The roasted quail was a home run, served with grilled vegetables and great seasoning. It was all good. The frog legs were on a bed of mashed potatoes and the portion was gigantic. No small plates coming out of that kitchen! I would really recommend for everyone, and to bring out of towners to get a real taste of old Texanna. Fun stuff live on the weekends for brunch. Make reservations!

Super fun , thank goodness we had a reservation as this place is THE spot! We went for dinner before theatre and sat outside at the BEST table . Dimitri took great care of us & our salads were big & super delish . The design of the patio is super cool with neon tipped snake .
Great meal, great service. Was disappointed to find out day of that our confirmed indoor table had been pushed outside with potential thunderstorms, to accommodate a group function. Otherwise a nice experience.

The vibe was super eclectic and fun!Although we felt like the food was pretty average the drinks were poured STRONG! ? The Mexican espresso martini packed a punch.We didn’t have the best server, unfortunately. It was Easter Sunday but she barely checked in on us and got our food order incorrect.
