We visited Salt Lick while flying out of town. I had a 2 taco breakfast with one bacon and egg and another with brisket and egg. Both were packed with protein. The salsa was good too. Everything was tasty and service was good. Pricing was typical airport expensive, but no worse than other airport restaurants.
Ordered sausage and egg breakfast taco. It was $5, but absolutely worth it! The sausage was delicious! Complex flavors that danced in the mouth and cooked to perfection. A huge mound of eggs. The salsa was sweet, tangy, and complimented the taco. The taco was so packed it was falling out of the tortilla. One taco is enough. Best breakfast tacos in the airport. I have eating tacos at other places in the airport and was disappointed.
The taco bar is decently priced. Wish the tortillas were homemade, but it did the trick. What really caught me by surprise was the lady behind the bar. The greeting was cold and unremarkable.
