Our waiter was friendly and the decor is cool, but that is about all of the positives I can share. The food was extremely overpriced for portion sizes and quality and I was charged for a refill of my iced tea. ($5 per fill) When I questioned the charge since I've never been charged for a refill of tea, our waiter said “it varies from place to place” but did ask a manager to remove the second charge. The manager did so but never stopped by our table to see how our meal/service was. My oysters were the tiniest I've ever seen and cost $27 for 6. My husband's $21 mushroom risotto was barely a cup worth and was very cheesy and tasted like it was cream of mushroom soup from a can. Unlikely to return.

Food was good-we had the pizza. Our waiter was inattentive even though the restaurant had few customers. There appeared to be several waiters just walking around. The tables are spread out so maybe this contributed to the lack of attention. The layout of the restaurant is confusing. When we were seated the waiter wanted to put us at a smaller table even though there were no other customers. A bit pricey also.

Nice place inside the Fairmont (which is a great hotel and surprisingly affordable at the moment). Ordered the Ceasars salad and Mushroom Risotto. Salad was good (and large/family style) and the risotto was well cooked but came with a balsamic glaze that dominated the overall taste (at least for me). Sat at the bar and the wait staff was great! Friendly and attentive but not overbearing. I will come back.

Great atmosphere. Interesting selection of Asian, Italian and sushi entrees. The portions are large. No side salad offerings. Cesar salad was enough for 4 people to share. The cannoli's are the way to go for dessert. Great service. Nice and quiet.

The atmosphere was excellent! However, we were not impressed by the food for how much it cost. We expected the quality of food to be heod at a higher standard. Our waiter was just 18 and not well versed in alcoholic beverages. In fact, he said all the beer was local, however the beer he brought us was Laquintas, which is from California. All in all, giving a 3 out of 5 is generous!

Average food & low quality service. The restaurant atmosphere is charming. The server took awhile to get to us even though she had one other table. She was forgetful. She messed up my food order twice. Once I finally got my food it was very mediocre. I recommend eating at a different restaurant outside of the hotel.

Restaurant has a great vibe and the food and cocktails were delicious. Service could have been better as we had to remind them about a drink we ordered, request water to be refilled, and they brought over the wrong food twice (was meant for another table). The man who was our server was very nice and helpful and did apologise for this.

Disappointing for a restaurant in such a nice hotel. We came here because we were staying at the hotel and had “experience credit” to use. We got the coconut curry with chicken and the katsu chicken. The chicken in both was dry and overcooked. Flavor was good. Drinks were fine but nothing special.

Went here in a group of 9. The food was ok, not worth the price for me. Lobster was tough, oysters were small, etc. Not bad but nothing to make me wanna come back for.The main let down was the service. Despite being really empty (we went off peak) service was slow. Had to get up multiple times and ask the bar for things like drink refills, plates, utensils.Bill was messed up, but what frustrated me the most was I asked any dishes with nuts be told to us so we could place it away from my friend with allergies.Server wrote a note and then proceeded to put burrata with pesto right in front of my friend without saying anything. I'm super paranoid about things like that and luckily caught it in time.

Our server was very nice but he was overwhelmed with his tables so obviously that's not his fault, they just need to hire one or two more so they can offer the attention and service this place should have. The food was good but I did had to send the Corn Risotto back and get something else as it was a little bit undercooked but the server and the manager handled it well enough for it not to be an issue for us. So, overall the place is ok and you should try it for yourself

Honestly, this was the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had; great quality and excellent service. Our server, Jade, was very friendly, informative and attentive. Even if I’m not staying at Fairmont, I would come back here for their breakfast.

Had breakfast. Toast was extra. Potatoes were very salty to the point of unedible. Server did offer to replace but I was already finished my meal.Toast should be a given and potatoes a side option.I would have given 5 stars for perfection. This was good but not perfect, for the hotel and price point it should have been.

Went here for the first time and sampled a few of the apps - the garlic Parmesan bread was the best I’ve ever had from anywhere!! The orange chicken wings were great - sticky and sweet! We tried the Carne Amore pizza and added red onions. This pizza was so rich with the ricotta cheese and all the meats! I highly recommend it!!
