I use to love Snoball Riceball but in the past year their food and service quality has taken a massive noticeable nosedive.
Their staff is rude, plain and simple. They hate working there and act like taking your order is the bane of their existence. I've tried to strike up conversation to be friendly, im instantly ignored. I don't say anything, I'm being treated like im rude. God forbid I pay money for good and services at a job you decided to work.
Their food has also taken a nosedive. Their taiyaki use to be cut in half and you'd get two slices that were warm and buttery and full of nutella but now you get two whole pieces with a thin line on top. And they increased the price! Why! Why am I paying more for less. The taiyaki I got today was EMPTY inside, genuinely how is this allowed.
I feel like such a burden and a pig for daring to go somewhere because I like their food and I wanna pay my hard earned money for it, I've started to go less and less and practically never at all now when I use to frequent this spot.
I'm not gonna pay more money for worse food and to get glared at by the staff for walking through the door.

I have no complaints about the food. It is tasty however, every time I have gone as well as every time friends have gone it isn’t the greatest for the bowels. I’ve gone a few times. I took my friend a few times very tasty it might just be me and my friends but day after is like I took laxatives almost

The bingsu here was incredible. I ordered the Oreo flavor in a small, and honestly, I regret it — only because I should’ve gone bigger! I ate it right there, and it was so good that I actually came back later the same day before leaving Austin (I was visiting on a trip).
The restrooms could use a bit of improvement, but aside from that, everything else was great. Some of my family and friends tried other flavors, but this review is about my experience — and mine was fantastic. The employees were friendly, and the place has a relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for grabbing a snack and chilling for a bit.
Overall, an awesome experience. I’d definitely stop by again.

First timer here. My daughter had gone to this shop before. The traffic is congested in this shopping center. There are lots of Asian stores in the strip mall. There are hair accessory stores, a Starbucks of course, Asian bakery, and all types of food spots. There's definitely something for everyone. This store was kind of small with limited seating.

Cool spot specializing in onigiri (filled rice balls) and bingsu (korean shaved ice desert). We have only had bingsu and bobba and both were really good. Enjoyed the store decor and on theme music playing.

Nice places to sit, well filled rice balls and professional employees make this eatery a good time. The tuna mayo rice ball is not a small one (about 3 inches across and 1 1/2 inches deep) and it had plenty of seasoned tuna on the inside and tons of toppings on the outside.
The store and bathrooms were clean and well maintained despite being busy and close to closing time. I would visit here again.

Fast service, good for a quick bite while shopping in the Crescent.
If you are looking for a quick snack this place is great for that. It onigiri has a good flavor to it. The only this is that it’s more rice than filling for the price

Always a great place to grab lunch or dinner while shopping the nearby stores! Their spicy tuna and spicy salmon rice balls are the best :)
