Turkey Breast is rubbed with salad dressing, seasoned with a rosemary sage spice and smoked for approximately 1½ hours.

A peach cobbler seasoned with cinnamon and baked fresh daily.

A full pound potato seasoned with Rudy's Rub, smoked, and served with your choice of whipped butter, sour cream, and cheese. You can add 3.0 oz. sliced or chopped meat for $4.

There are many barbecue chains in Austin, but Rudy’s is the best. All their barbecue meats are excellent, but their sides are really special. I and particularly love the creamed corn, which sometimes is enough to get me to go here instead of another barbecue place. Their green chili stew is also excellent, and I think it’s made from brisket and chicken along with some vegetables and chilies. The potato salad is very good, as is the three bean salad. They have a fun hand washing...

My absolute favorite place to get To-go breakfast tacos, great variety (also have patato egg and cheese or patato and egg for vegetarians)
The sauces and salsas are amazing I love the green sauce, good staff, and also have pecan coffee if that sounds interesting to you.

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian breakfast tacos (I've not been for lunch or dinner)
