Gave this place a try on a whim. Staff was nice. Ambience was casual and fine. Food was a let down. Chicken parm filet was burned/charred black over a good quarter of it, and for some reason the chicken filet had been sliced up before it was put in the oven. Spaghetti on the side was underdone - a solid 2-3 minutes short of being proper al dente. Red sauce flavor was good, but why was the entire dish swimming in a pool of thin tomato water? For $30 all in - that's for one dish, a drink, and tip - not good enough.

Atmosphere was ok, food was nothing to write home about, authenticity was missing from the dishes, portions were uneven, tables were poorly cleaned Sunday 5pm we were the only guests, speaks a lot about a place, they asked for a honest review. Although pizza was not bad.

I ordered a pizza for takeout from Russo's because I received a $5 off coupon in the mail. I placed the order at the restaurant and waited about 20-30 minutes before my order was ready. It appeared as if some employees were in training, but the service was still pleasant. They made my pizza fresh to order, and it tasted so delicious! I felt that the size of the pizza made it a pretty good value for the price. The crust was thin and the toppings worked well together. I am usually not a fan of sausage on pizza, but I thought the sausage on this pizza was really good. While it didn't exactly compare to the pizzas I've had in NYC, I enjoyed it and would order from them again.

Restaurant is clearly understaffed. Even with a reservation, there wasn't a table big enough for our party, so we squeezed into a booth. Ordered at the counter, had to wait in line about 20 minutes for that. Then there was a lot of confusion in ordering and ensuring it was correct. The gentleman who cooked, also brought our food while two other people stood around. We received one pizza that wasn't ours. So I took it back, it belonged to another table. The pizza wasn't remade, it was just taken to that other table. The drink station had what appeared to be a leak and there was water everywhere on the floor. No one cleaned it up, the staff just stepped over it.

Very shameful and disappointing that this place tries to claim to be a NY pizzeria. The pizza slice was way over cooked to begin with. Then when you actually order your slice they just throw on a few ingredients and sling it back in the oven. Due to the slice being over cooked already it can hardly stay in the oven long. It came out hard and black on the bottom with the ingredients on top barely cooked. Staff was nice but the pizza was such a let down. You can get a slice 1000 times better done just the same way for $.99 cents in NYC. Don't waste your time coming here. Pop a fozen pizza in your oven at home, it will be way better.

Lots of pizza options. Caesar salad was excellent. Lots of dinner options as well. Dessert selection was very good. Not your typical pizza place, more like a small Italian restaurant. Gluten free choices available.

Our go to for comfort pizza n pasta after a long night of marching band rehearsal or long week. Pizza is always excellent and it's a nice quiet little place... at least when we've been there. Staff is always friendly and they'll put pretty much whatever you like on the pizza. Our daughter loves banana peppers. Even though it's not on the list of toppings, they'll cut them up for her and put them in her calzone.. delicious ?. Thanks for being there Russo's ❣️Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies for toppings or to put into dishesParking: Lots of parking, place is kind of tucked away so not much traffic

I love picking up takeout here! They have a great house wine I get while I wait, and the pizzas are true NY style and DELICIOUS.But, I have to give the main shout-out to the young man behind the counter who takes every order, serves every dine-in guest, coordinates the kitchen, and always does an outstanding job. He's on top of all of it. Thank you for your hard work and cheerful attitude every time I order! This is a big reason coming here is so easy for a takeout night.

Very open space and seating. I had a large party they took care of every need. We went here for my sons 8th birthday. The cook did a great job accommodating my needs. You can sit and watch them cook the pizza. Great for kids. The chicken wings were the only displeasing thing. A lot of batter. They seemed over cooked. The pasta was great. Could've have used more sauce, as when I took it home it seems to be nothing but butter. Overall great time!

Decided to try a new pizza spot for our usual Friday night pizza, and we had received coupons in the mail for Russo's promotions and decided to give it a try. Located in sort of an odd spot (you can only access it off of the access road), it seems a bit hidden, but I guess it does pretty well. The food was decent overall from what we ordered - nothing over the top, and a bit overpriced in my opinion, but it wasn't disappointing. Overall, I'd say it's worth trying, especially for the wings! Food ratings: - Calamari (2/5): It doesn't look nearly as appetizing as other calamari I've had, but the breading was decent - I actually liked how it was thinner breading than most places, though it needed seasoning (salt and pepper!). The marinara sauce with it was okay. Not worth the price. - Jumbo wings (5/5): They didn't lie about them being jumbo! Great sized wings. Crispy, and the sauce was good. Would come back solely to get these. - Truffle burrata pizza (3/5): The arugula didn't really do much for the pizza. Would have been better tossed in olive oil and parmesan or something to give it flavor other than its usual bitterness. The crust of the pizza was good, and the truffle flavor was there. We added sausage to ours. Overall decent, but I wasn't impressed enough for it being a $24 pizza.

Pretty meh. Ordered for delivery. Delivery driver told me they “didn’t see the order” til she got there and it would be another 20 minutes. No biggie. Then I got the food. The pizza was undercooked. Garlic bread loaded with cheese though I had requested without. The Italian sandwich came equipped with one slice each of prosciutto, mortadella and salami for the whole sandwich. All nestled in with a couple sprigs of lettuce and a tomato slice. No dressing. The spaghetti tasted like spaghetti. All in all, probably one of the least appetizing meals I ever waited an hour and a half for.

The "slice of pizza" was huge! It was practically like getting an individual small pizza. The salad that went along with my lunch special was also big - not just a "side" salad. And to top if off, the food was sooo good! Will definitely be coming back again!
