Still waiting for a reply about a refund for a canceled wine tour for 4/4/2024 on their end, that'd I'd have NO IDEA about if my friend hadn't messaged them. I was also double charged from their confusing website because you get no confirmation email. I've left 2 voicemails & submitted an online contact form 4 days ago with NO RESPONSE. So frustrating, worst customer service. Never again.
