This restaurant never disappoints, I have been here several times and I always leave satisfied. The variety on the menu, the service is efficient, the staff is very friendly, attentive and willing to make recommendations. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. I recommend it

Pros: Buñelos tasted very authentic and were served fresh, empanadas were really good as well. There was a cool wall of Colombian snacks, drinks and panty items that I couldn’t take my eyes off because it was like being back home.
As for the rest of our food, the Bandeja paisa was kind of small for the price and the milanesa de pollo was flavorless and dry. My milanesa took about 15 mins longer to come out vs the other dishes so I was eating while everyone was done eating. At check out the friendly cashier was about to charge me for 4 canned beverages when I had only purchased one. We also asked if my meal came with certain items and the waitress confirmed it did. however when we received my meal without the said item they said it was an extra fee for it. Another thing that was a bit of a shock was 2 waters with lemon were 10 dollars.

The worst Colombian food I have ever eaten, without flavor, we ordered cheese fingers and they charged us $10 for three tequenos, the natural juices tasted like literal dirt!!!!

What a shame the food is so awful at this Colombian restaurant. They should take advantage of their position as one of the few Colombian restaurants in the city and focus on making delicious food to be a success. I would recommend that you try the food and service at Risaralda Bakery in Houston, since the experience is perfect. I'm from Medellín and I live in Austin, but when I want to eat Colombian food, I go to Houston because of the excellent service and delicious food they offer.
In both Colombia flavor restaurants the food you serve is bad, being even worse in Round Rock, as is the service. It would be beneficial to hire Colombian women who know how to cook, experienced bakers and committed waitresses and to have their employees paid, as it has a reputation for paying very poorly. Owners should lead by example and put aside their pride to treat customers with respect, kindness, and love instead of making them feel as if entering their business is a privilege.
The name "Sabor Colombia" does not do justice to Colombian culture, since the food and service offered are of low quality. It's a shame that the food is so bad and the price is high without justification. It is important that they improve the quality of the food and the service to adequately represent the rich Colombian gastronomy.

Today I ordered bean casserole with 2 fried eggs... and they told me that it couldn't be done with 2 eggs... that the dish came with only one egg... hahaha, I said that I wasn't asking for it for free, that they would charge me for it ...but they told me that the casserole could not be shipped with 2 eggs. Totally illogical and the attention is terrible.

I do not recommend this place based on the terrible service and bad cooking. Table was dirty and we had to clean old rice off ourselves. Waitress only spoke Spanish, so I had to bring out my broken Spanish and my wife couldn’t understand anything. App empanadas appetizer came out with one of our two main dishes - but with no silverware. By the time we eventually got silverware we got the second dish but food was cold. Then we had to ask again for sauces for the empanadas. Milanese chicken was overcooked making it almost impossible to cut and tasted like leather.

Terrible attention, all of them bad-tempered and repellent, after that they collect tips themselves in the system.
It's not fair, ask the clients for tips, if they want to give or not, it is not an obligation.
That's what selling is all about. ?
