I would rate their lamb bahn mi and curry ramen as 5/5. Service was also good. The only downside (but not necessarily a deal breaker) is the location. It's in a sketchy part of town ?
What an awesome little place! Food was great, service was even better. I got the OG banh mi and it was perfect! Jesse was making sure I was taken care of 100% of the time. Super impressive. Jesse is awesome!!!

Recently moved into a brick and motar location from the food truck they've had for the past 10 years. Came on a Thursday at 2pm and the lunch rush was just starting to wind down. Service was super friendly, helpful, and seemed to really love the place. Food was amazing with the veggies tasting fresh and the meat wonderfully marinated and grilled. Not that long of a wait either. Each Bun bowl came with a side ramekin of spices in fish sauce that wasn't spicy and a bottle of spicy garlic chili sauce per table. Also love that the vegetarian options are full proper dishes and not just a filler substitute nor overpriced. (The diners on the side all got the Tofu Bun and were full of complements.)The place is cute and homey with wooden tables and Iron Chef playing on the TV inside and picnic benches with umbrellas outside. There is a small parking lot sized appropriately for the capacity of the restaurant. (If the lot is full, there's likely a wait for tables.)Would recommend!

The service was great and very friendly. I got the spicy chicken bún with avocado and my girlfriend got the grilled pork with avocado. It was FANTASTIC! Perfect amount of spicy with the red sauce they provided. We will certainly be back!

Love Saigon, so glad they reopened and have a permanent location! Never had a bad morsel or interaction while dining with them! I'd highly recommend getting their food in your regular rotation! ?
