Waiter spilled our drink(lemonade)and didn't even offer to replace it and left the mess on the table. Pizza was horrible and not worth(vodka), not good service and other patrons next to us left quicker than we did with food still on the table. Only good thing was the meatballs. Don't come here. Go to Allday instead
Overall, the food was pretty mid — nothing that really wowed me or felt memorable. The highlight of the night was honestly the hibiscus margarita. Not a bad experience, but definitely not somewhere I'd go out of my way to return to.
We came for my birthday and to try it out and it was alright, though I don't know that we would be back, especially for the price point. They didn't have a decent amount of the already small menu available and though they were able to accommodate by making off-menu items, nothing we had, expect maybe the Caesar's Salad, was exceptional. Happy hour was ok as well. Overall, it was a nice ambiance, but there are better places I can go in the area for pizza, pasta and drinks.
Loved our dinner at La Volta Pizza 🍕 Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and seriously good pizza. Simple, flavorful, and absolutely worth going back for.
Writing a review to let people know that if you prefer to not be seated in the disjointed room off to the side you need to flag that in your reservation (its not an option when making the reservation). I asked to be moved because it was cold in there and there were many open tables in the dining room and they basically told me I had to ask to be seated in the main dining room when I make my reservation. Not a Karen, but that seems so silly. They finally moved us once I asked the hostess after asking the waitress and hostess.
Drinks were good, but small and expensive

I’ve been coming here for the past 2.5 years, and the service has completely fell off. What used to be an enjoyable dining experience has turned into cash grab to say the least with the staff clearly focused on flipping tables as fast as possible and treating guests like a countdown timer instead of paying customers.
My girlfriend and I have both worked as servers and bartenders, so we understand the industry and empathize more than most. That’s exactly why this experience was so frustrating.
During our visit today, we tried to order the arancini and were told they were completely sold out. Less than 10 minutes later, we watched a different server deliver arancini to the table right next to us. Whether that was dishonesty or total incompetence.
From the moment we sat down, we were rushed nonstop. It felt like every interaction was about getting us out the door rather than making sure we actually enjoyed the meal. If I’m paying $18 for a cocktail and $19 for a Caesar salad, I expect to be treated like a guest, not an inconvenience standing between them and the next table.
To top it all off, as we were leaving and requested a to-go box for our pizza, the server felt the need to tell us we had 20 minutes left until the next table arrives.” We had already asked for the food to go and were on our way out, so what was the point of even saying that? It made their motive painfully clear: get people in and out as fast as possible, no matter how it comes across.
On a $177 tab, this level of service is embarrassing. The experience felt rushed, greedy, and completely devoid of hospitality. After years of being a loyal customer, I won’t be returning and will gladly spend my money somewhere that actually values its guests.

Was a lovely experience other than the jerks putting boots on cars in the vacant lot to the left of the restaurant! Do NOT park here or they will boot you within 5 minutes of parking.
Great vibes, amazing salad, arancini, and pizza, friendly staff!

La Volta is the best spot in Austin if you’re looking for a great night out! We came in with a large party and the staff took great care of us. Maria is a superstar! The pizza is sooo good and the drinks were delicious! 10/10
