The food is very well executed and presented, the staff are very attentive.
I am a huge foie gras fan. I have a dozen different types of it in my fridge right now. Last summer we traveled to Dordogne and Aquitaine in France to taste it right at the source. We have been to multiple high-end restaurants, and we have had foie gras likely hundreds of times. To my very pleasant surprise, the foie gras appetizer I had at Wink was the best I have ever had! Gosh! I love Wink. My friend and I went here all the time 15 years ago. The only reason we hadn’t been in some time was because of schedules. We went tonight and it’s back on the in mix. It is one of the best places in Austin. Like many, I also try all the new flavors of restaurants, but Wink stays true to amazing, fun service and recommendations. The food is so good.
