I work in the same mall and order pick up order frequently, but not a single time have I ever had an issue here. All employee were nice and especially the manager gives great service!
Recently got a giant deluxe burger and was really surprised at how bad the food quality was
Always a terrific original sandwich. The medium is a lot of food.
Always love Schlotzsky's!
I would say very very good sandwich are way differently from subways!
lupe was so nice and very helpful! the food was great too.
I try to order at kiosk. It doesn’t have usual item I get. Takes 3-4 minutes before someone will even acknowledge me. Silly me wants to order something and ask a question obviously bothering the staff from doing nothing. Rude, dirty, and lazy.

Kalli was our server (the person who took our order). Although a very sweet personality, I felt a bit rushed at the counter. I was trying to sign in to my rewards app, and she asked for my phone number and email address to look up my account. I reassured her of why I wanted to sign into my account (because I had a coupon I wanted to use), and she insisted on the account not being found. There was no one in line or even in the facility at all for that fact, so my standing at the counter to log into my account didn't seem like much of an issue to me. Anyhow, I gave up on signing into my rewards account and decided to just pay for my child's food. I asked if she could break a $100 bill, and she assured me she could. I handed Kalli the $100 and the loose change, something of $.62. Kalli takes the bill to the back for change and returns with $87 worth of $5 and $1 bills. To be exact, $50s worth of $5 bills and $37s worth of $1 bills. I guess I should have been more specific about the type of change I wanted because there, noway I would have given a customer all those bills in change back. I had a debit card I could have paid with as well. This is the 3rd time I've visited this location, and the gnats make the dining experience very unwelcoming. Of course I haven't eaten the food as I refuse due to the gnats in particular but my child asks to come and I suffer for her. This will have to be our last visit.

Deluxe original sandwich? Where? Had problems ordering in the app- tried to place a pick up order twice just for my credit card to be charged twice but got a message saying the order couldn’t be placed. Called the store and the order was not placed. So went to pick it up via drive thru. Ordered a small deluxe original and soup. Just for a sad sandwich that was missing onions, tomatoes, and you call that a serving of olives and lettuce? There are three bits. Half the ingredients are missing. I used a free small sandwich coupon with my points but definitely not worth it. And almost $7 for just the soup is crazy. And the original price of the sandwich is almost $9…I was understanding about the app not working- not the locations fault. But the sandwich I was given and the pending two prior transactions on my card- I expect better.
