Serranos Cocina y Cantina

Stopped here for lunch on a road trip. Our waiter was great and the food was delicious. I eat a lot of Mexican food, and Serranos did not disappoint. From the crispy chips and delicious salsa to our lunch plates, it was delicious. I just had the cheese enchilada with charro beans and Mexican rice but it was great. The Chile con carne on the enchilada was very tasty. Would stop here again if in the area

Living in New Braunfels Texas just south of San Marcos in Austin when I work in Pflugerville Texas on North Austin Serrano's is always one of my fav spot in generally sit at the bar which can whip up any adult beverage you desire good food great service ample parking and seating but always closed on Mondays bon appetit y'all..

What you see are two tacos. I spent $20 on these two tacos. Bad service. I would never go back to that place. I don't recommend it.

Loco tacos with refried black beans are my favorite. Flan was the perfect ending.

we were at the hwy 290 location in Austin I found my new favorite restaurant! Our server (James) was outstanding, the food was fabulous and the chips & salsa was so good the 6 of us each ate a basket of chips and had several refills on salsa! The Enchiladas were so flavorful with the fire roasted Verde sauce.....highly recommend

I’ve been ordering here for many years and they have never really let me down. The crispy tacos are always dependable as are the enchiladas. I’ve also been impressed at how generous they are with the chips and salsa. This restaurant is a Reliable go to when I don’t feel like cooking.

The fajitas are so good. It's hard to order anything else on the menu. But everything I've ever had here has been great.
And recently the service has been much better. I wasn't super excited about the remodel a while back, but it is beautiful. The only complaint I have almost every time I go is that the music is too loud, but they usually turn it down a little when I politely ask.

they grill with mesquite at serranos, it makes the fajitas pop w flavor. beside the cold beer and delicious chips n salsa, what else can i say.

I wish they would be open on Mondays! I go often and enjoy the top shelf margaritas, Mexican street corn ceasar salad or the tortilla soup. Service is always great and friendly.
