The staff, including an employee named Capone, are praised for their positive energy, attentiveness, and big smiles, creating a contagious and hospitable experience for all who visit. The food is also really good, leaving customers eager to come back.

The kiosk is easy to use, and the menu and navigation are intuitive. The burgers and fries are hot, tasty, and smell great. One server, Ron, went above and beyond in being extremely attentive to a group of 15+ women, picking up their food when they were done, asking if they were doing okay, and offering refills. He even kindly took a picture of the group when asked.

While parking can be a challenge, the free 3-hour parking in the 12-slot parking garage makes it a "freaking cool place" that customers highly recommend.
