We did take out. We love the food at Soto, but we live in Lakeway with kids so dine-in isn’t always an option. Again, we love this place for their food, but the reliability of take out is really tough. I placed an order to pick up on my way back from the airport. It was supposed to be ready at 7:31. Incredible tasting and experimental experience. All the flavors are just so carefully thought out (I barely used soy sauce ?) and I loved trying new things. My fav was the homemade potato chip! The service is personal; I did not like (only) one of our choices and not only did they refund, but they gave us an alternative to end with that literally was PERFECTION.
