Manager Joey and DanaVan were both great. Joey checked on us several times and DanaVan was very helpful, all around great customer service.

The front desk girl treat me amazingly warm and kindly and then the manager shows up and he is even more kind and offers me a free soda , definitely they are putting lots of care for this business, 100% recommend and my burgues where also super good

Had the Big Shack and some onion rings.
Burger was fresh but nothing that was really memorable another than it's $10 for a basic burger.
Onions rings were quite bland and to serve a tiny 6 piece portion for $5 seemed steep.
Good in a pinch for a burger craving. Nothing going that would make me think about it again with other good food options in the area.

Service was excellent, food was made quickly. Ordered 4 cheese burgers, one with a gluten free bun. The bun was hard and a bit on the dry side. Burger had great flavor.

Shake Shack is better than ever. It was crispier and meatier. Their big shack burger had all the things youd crave in a burger. They finally justify the huge price because its as good as any other burger Ive had.
