It’s a 5 star burger joint. It loses 3 stars because of difficulty with togo / pickup orders. I live 3 blocks down the street. Would order more frequently if I could park and pickup / drive thru.
The fries were freshly made and the burger was awesome. The Shack lemonade did not get my 100, but it was good maybe I can give it a 85-90 score.Store is very clean and people are friendly.Finding a parking spot is a challenge.

They got rid of ordering and replaced it with touchscreens. There was no way to ask questions. So we ordered less because we were less willing to take risk. The tables and place in general was filthy. It had just opened and we were 1 of 2 customers so I guess that means they had not cleaned since at least the day before. If the tables and the area were customers were at was dirty, how dirty was the kitchen?Edited to add: The burgers were 75% of the size they used to be.Vegetarian options: Portobello burger stuffed with cheese

Purchased the avocado, bacon burger. Fresh ingredients and the meat had great flavor. Very delicious and filling meal .
I am pretty picky about chicken and the chicken sandwiches ch was wonderful.

Only reason food is getting 4 out of 5 is because to me the portions are getting smaller. However, that's a reflection of the entire food industry because of how terrible a president Joe Biden is. Besides that though, shake shack is one of my favorite places. It's always a guarantee to get freshly made food that tastes amazing and a great shake.
