Unfortunately, I must report a negative experience with Shore Raw Bar & Grill in Austin. Although I cancelled our Father's Day reservation 25 hours in advance, they charged my credit card $350 without prior notice. I have documentation confirming the cancellation. When I contacted Shore to dispute the charge, the manager cited a 72-hour cancellation requirement, which I believe is excessive. I have never heard of a restaurant requiring a 3 day cancelation policy. People get sick...read full review
I saw The Shore on my Google map and clicked on the link. I saw their Happy Hour Menu and noticed they had 1/2 price Oysters and several other choices. We decided to stop there on our way back home.
We got there at 3:30 and found that they would not open until 4 pm due to an earlier water leak. We asked if we could just sit at the bar until they opened because we really wanted to have oysters for our anniversary. The manager said since we were wanting oysters we could sit...read full review
