Made Kao Soi tonight and it was so delicious! Tastes as good as any restaurant! I’ve never had luck making Thai food at home until now! I love this! I’ll be ordering regularly now. Sad it won’t be at the Dallas farmers market anymore!

I stumbled upon SimpliThai at the Barton Creek farmers market this weekend. I grabbed a Red Curry kit to try and I am amazed. I love cooking curries but no longer have time to make it from scratch but these sauces are absolutely awesome! About to order sauces straight from the website so I can have more options throughout the week. Can’t wait to try the other flavors!
