This is the second time my order has been messed up. I order extra items on my smoothie bowl and they never add them. I have contacted smoothie king multiple times and have not gotten any responses from their emails where a “team member will contact you back shortly”. I have photos of my receipt and the food items showing the description of what I should have compared to what I was given.
(*update*) they sent me a reply to my review literally sending me to the same website link where I have already sent 2 “messages” to. Like no one has answered me that’s my whole issue.

Iv visited this place 3 times in the past 3 weeks now. Not a single worker speaks English, I typically have to get my drink remade everytime I come here. Usually followed by a disgusted face when I have to explain to them on a translator that I didn’t order a refresher and instead ordered a smoothie.

The Açaí Bowl was good and the service was mid. My son went inside to order his bowl and I was checking out the reviews. After reading all the bad reviews, I wanted to check things out for myself. It was a little unpleasant smelling, somewhat sour. My son said the payment screen required him to tip. Not sure what the screen actually looked like but he said he didn’t have an option. Anyways we enjoyed our bowl?

Went in on a late Saturday morning and was greeted by thousands of gnats. The restaurant was infested with gnats, there were gnats on the ceiling, gnats on the plexi glass, gnats all over the walls and lights, gnats were even on the blenders that the rep was using to make the smoothies. The rep was not using gloves, not greeting people, and was extremely busy being that he was the only worker there. After waiting 5 minutes to try and place our order we just decided to leave due to the large amounts of gnats everywhere.
