Do you close at 8:45 or 9pm?

Store was closing at 9, got there 8:55 (I know early to cut off), but guy inside (30 year old ish dude with light stubble beard and slight double chin) had already fully closed and cleaned store. Was really looking forward to smoothie king after a tough game. Love smoothie king but never had something like this happen within the establishment, usually the employees are amazing, but whoever this guy was just showed laziness.

They continue to mess up mobile orders and yet still charge for items I don't receive.

Workers are slow and incompetent. Placed an online order and waited 30 minutes. No sign of my order even being made. The 2 people that were in the store are god aweful slow. And did not even attempt to hustle to make orders quicker. I don't understand how it's even possible to not have my order ready in 30 minutes. It's a smoothie right off the menu. I watched people walk in and leave. This store cannot handle the business it gets with the employees it has.

It seems that I got very lucky to walk in and have DJ working! It was 10:30am on a Monday. I had never been to any Smoothie King location before (that I can remember). I read the reviews and walked in a little afraid of what kind of service I would get. DJ was helpful and friendly, he suggested a few options after I said that it was my first time there and what kind of smoothie I was looking for. I would def go back, and hope DJ is the one working when I go!

Sign just after we come in the door has some things to say about manners. Etiquette is not very good here. I paid for my items and did not know if it went through and was left standing there. The music is so loud that if someone did call out my smoothie (name would be a lot more convenient) I didn't hear it. With the music being loud the staff acted like they were going to slam the smoothie back down on the counter and did not call out what it was a second time. Everything in the place is super loud. Perhaps some additional training and a microphone with loudspeaker would be the solution here. Felt disrespected as I attempted to ask if the smoothie was mine and was ignored twice until I asked a third time then there was a quiet response that I could not hear and half of a nod. Doing my best to just leave things better than I find them but it's not easy with this kind of situations and treatment. First time I have had a problem at any location. Perhaps retraining is the key with amplification and taking peoples names.

I had an absolutely horrible experience here. On Saturday afternoon, august 19, I came in ordering a smoothie, and I waited for a long time before I was acknowledged. There was only one man working there, and he completely ignored me. While he was ignoring me, he was slamming stuff all over and liquid was splashing in all directions, contaminating the surfaces and floors. He then finally acknowledged me after a while and asked what I wanted. I asked him if he thought the angel food was good. He said “I don’t know, just pick one” in a very rude and loud tone. So I picked the angel food smoothie, and put my credit card in the register. The register was malfunctioning and I asked him for help, and he told me “dude just do it again, I’m busy here! If it doesn’t work, then I’ll just throw out your smoothie and you can leave”I’ve never been treated this poorly by a man at smoothie king before, and I’m a regular customer. I heavily advise the manager of smoothie king to conduct an investigation into his behavior, I believe his behavior deserves serious disciplinary action. I’m a doctor and if me or my nurses ever treated a patient this way, that would be completely unacceptable in the workplace. I left the store nearly in tears and spoke to a few customers who left the store too, all of whom told me that they thought that man was the most unprofessional man they’ve ever encountered.

I was visiting from San Antonio and I was really surprised with the greeting at the door about “manners”. Wasn’t going to make a big deal about it but even cashier seemed a bit rude and not helpful. He did keep his composer and took my order in an according manner . The problem is the greeting in the from that states and I quote“If you don’t know how to say “hello/thank you” walk out and find some mannersPlease and thank you ?.The next problem was even though i made my selection when ordering and saying please and saying thank you on the way out it seems it was not returned. So I was confused with the marquee sign with they’re comment . I Don’t need an apology but it can make people feel unwelcome . Not sure whether or not corporate knows about this but just do better at the greeting . Doesn’t make sense if employee can’t return the same response.Take care!By the way The smoothies were excellent!

walked in, 2 employees, none greeted me. didn't even look in my direction. i picked up my mobile order and said thank you with a pretty good volume. no one acknowledged it. i then yelled it loudly and none of them looked at me or said anything again. very unfortunate that this business hires these types of employees. a business' sole existence is from their customer base, so you would think making the customer feel welcomed or at least acknowledging them would be a priority. won't return here again, taking my business to juiceland. juiceland is always clean, the smoothies are tasty and consistent, and the employees are extremely kind to their customers which makes for a great ambiance.

Hours say opens at 7 am. Arrive at 7:55, door locked, no one home.Edit: as I was trying to find another location between me and work, the young woman turned the lock and fixed my breakfast problem, so ... Shrug?
