I ordered a medium 20oz drink. The server made enough to fill 2 large cups. He was glad to give me all the drink but I said I was interested in the protein not with drinking 60 oz. I requested he remake. Politely he did but still over made. Why do I care? Taste, protein, and consistency. I do care the company is wasting money and food. I’ll definitely go back but hopefully management addresses the training issue.

Ordered in the smoothie king app they took my order when I went to the location they were closed we waited for an hour to see if the location would open we got there @5:17 called the store multiple times got no answer so I was charged for smoothies and wasn't able to get refunded we ended up leaving and have video proof that the store was closed during advertised open hours very unprofessional.

It used to be my favorite place to go get a smoothie. Lately, service and quality have been awful. Last time I did a pick up order, and had to come back 3 times until they fulfill my order (I placed my order and came like 45 min after it the first time). Then service was awful when on the third time I asked the guy and he literally picked my ticket from the floor and started to prepare my order. Which was wrong, and incomplete. Did not have protein or any of the extras. I told the guy there, and he was extremely disrespectful and told me that I can either take that order or place a new one!!! I submitted a claim to smoothie king directly (this was on oct 6th, and I’m still waiting to hear back from them) would not come back for sure.

I used to really like this place, and to this day have been getting a smoothie here almost daily. But lately the smoothies really depend on who is working there. Half the time it tastes good, half the time it has too much ice so the taste gets watered down (especially if you get a 32 or 44 oz.) I tried the Pumpkin Expressi High Protein, Metabolism Boost, and the Chocolate Peanut Power. The experience is same regardless. Half the time too thick and lacks taste because of the ice.

Might have to switch to a different smoothie vendor.

do not go to this smoothie King. I usually love smoothie King and this location is awful! I knew I was in trouble when the guy that took my order couldn’t even take the order. It literally took me 40 minutes to get three drinks. I don’t even know why I stayed. probably because I thought I would take longer to give me a refund to get the drinks stay away!!

You NEVER feel welcome when you step into this establishment. All of the employees always look so miserable and unhappy to serve you, let alone be there. Just soulless, unpleasant, utterly empty employees.

Also I find that it’s very dirty. Attached there are photos of dead crickets on their floor. So gross and unappetizing, clearly they’re not worried about customer service or cleanliness.

Definitely will not be coming back, clearly the manager doesn’t care about how this place is run.

To the guy who claimed he's the regional manager with the beard working on 8/21 at 2pm who said "if you're going to make all these changes, don't get a smoothie at all":
Since working at a smoothie place is your life's ambition, you shouldn't complain when a customer pays premium dollar for dietary substitutions that are OFFERED as additions/substitutions on your menu. Not only did you complain about making the smoothie, you made it so terribly when my friend tried it he had to go back and have it remade. The protein powder was sitting at the bottom of the smoothie and not blended in at all.

When my friend went back to have the smoothie remade, the "regional manager" made the same comment to him and some more comments. My friend then asked a girl who normally makes our smoothies really well if she could make it and he proceeded to say "I'm the regional manager. If I can't make it well then no one else can" and proceeded to throw $10 at him.

This guy definitely seemed to be on a power trip. We've been coming here for months with the exact same order and this is the first time we've had this issue. If this is actually your regional manager, please provide him with a class in customer etiquette.
