Not sure what I walked into today. Couldn't tell whether I was in a trap house or if I was getting robbed. The kid at the register was wearing all red with a red hoodie and a red ski mask. The manager didnt seem to mind but she could also have been being held at gunpoint under the counter. Who knows. Anyways as we were checking out the menu he was just bragging loudly about all the attention he was getting with his look. With the trap music blasting this could actually be a cool concept. Getting robbed with these prices. Just not what I was expecting on a Wednesday afternoon. Didn't have the pleasure of getting a shake to determine if it was good. We ended up running over to the teapioca lounge ?

Employees are super unprofessional having inappropriate conversation and talking about using expired products. Not to mention them handling fresh food with no gloves and the girls who worked here having extremely long nails. Obvious the staffing and hiring process was not done correctly. It’s a bunch on teenagers working here that are just playing around and being unprofessional.

Came in around 3p during a shift change- got super busy and the lady dipped out really fast.Guy that took over held down the shop despite it still being busy when we left. Kept vibes immaculate and had amazing service.Honestly did above and beyond considering he was completely alone and it was busier than I’ve ever seen it. Props to him

Best Smoothie King experience EVER!! I’ve been going to SK in Houston and Austin for over 22 years and SKYLAR, ELI, and Hunter were absolutely amazing! They walked me through the app and rewards program, gave me the initial rewards discount and explained the nutrition content of my Smoothie better than ever experienced before.

This is my favorite smoothie place, I love the atmosphere when you walk in, the employees seem to really enjoy their job and each other's company! Not to mention how amazing the smoothies are! Shout out to sky for always making mine perfect and my time in there enjoyable, And Zach for always being so welcoming! And if you haven't had the Hulk smoothie, try it?

They gave me my smoothies not even full !! Must be new people in there I come weekly never seen these new workers but this needs to be adjusted. I’ve never had a problem before my cups are usually full but this looks like it was made with laziness.

I LOVE the new Power Meal Pumpkin smoothie!! It's delicious!! I ordered one on the way home one day, then another after a workout. I can't wait to return for my birthday smoothie reward. The app has great rewards. If it's pumpkin season, I have to go with a pumpkin smoothie! I placed my order fairly quickly and didn't have to wait long. Happy Fall!

First and last time I come here. The store is run by teenagers that are rude and unprofessional. Notably, one of the employees was sitting on the counter they use to prepare orders with her vape next to her. Ew. If she does this in front of customers, I wonder what she does when no one is looking.

I ordered a fruit bowl online; my friend ordered a smoothie at the same time online. It said my bowl would be ready at 11:17. My friend's smoothie was ready at 11:10. I waited and waited, and the lady never made my bowl, at 11:47 I went up there and asked her how much longer it would be for my bowl. She said I'm by myself and I have all these smoothies coming in and bowls take too much time so you will just have to wait for it. I said so you are going to make all the smoothies that keep coming in before my bowl. She said the bowls take too much time. I said I just want a refund; she said you can do it on your app. I then told her it does not give me an option she said I'm by myself and can't stop to get you a refund. I stood there and said so are you going to make my bowl. She then started talking on her air pods. About 6 minutes later she said you will get a refund in 3 to 5 business days. I asked for a confirmation number for the refund she said it will come to your email. I then told her I haven't gotten an email she said well its not going to come with you just standing there it takes time. She was extremely rude. I understand she was working by herself; however, you should make the orders as they come in. I do not recommend smoothie king and will never go back. I asked for her name, and she wouldn't give it to me. She was very short.
