I have called Clarksville Snap and have spoken with multiple people with no one actually doing what they said they would do. I have cancelled my snap account and keep getting charged. This dates back to a day that Clarksville lost power and I could not get my order. They were supposed to refund me my order total. I never received it. I have gone in the app and paused my orders or cancelled since then. I continue to get charged and no one seems to care to fix. Please refund me all the non picked up orders and permanently cancel my account.

I used uber eats to order. I was staying at a hotel. Food was cold. Needs to be warmed up. Also requested for utensils as a part of the order, which was not delivered. I would not recommend and would not buy from this company again.

Just found out about this place and it is an absolute gem! Essentially they offer pre-made meals at a super reasonable price and a large variety of different dishes and they're all freshly made and never frozen. Anything that you buy here can be easily heated up in their microwaves and eaten outside their location. If you're looking for a quick and fresh meal without having to go to a sit-down restaurant and wait/pay for service, this is an awesome alternative!

I recently picked up an order from Too Good To Go here and unfortunately was majorly disappointed. The food smelled rotten and while it packed a punch with the heat, there was minimal seasoning so it was spicy but not spiced. I've been to other SNAP Kitchens and loved the food, so I'm not sure why the quality here was so much lower than I expected. I understand that the program is to help avoid food waste so the items won't be the freshest, but I still expect tasty food. Maybe it's just the items I received, but I don't think I'll visit this particular location again. That said, I LOVE that everything SNAP Kitchens offer is gluten free, especially since I know I can eat everything they offer. The food is usually delicious, but I'd probably avoid the Bison Quinoa... The location is super convenient with the location and there is short-term parking available both in front and to the side. It almost feels like a little market or corner store with everything being organized and feeling bright and fresh. And again, I love the concept and most of the food, so it was just a miss with this location for me. There's another location in South Austin that is freaking amazing and I've never had issues there.

I was highly disappointed that the pictures look more apple than the meal delivered. The size was small. The disclaimer about the food being cold should be in bold letters. If I’m getting food delivered why would I want to put it in the microwave. The customer service was poor and I didn’t get what I ordered. Even after they called to correct the order. I was not happy at all. The green tea is unsweetened super gross.

The food is good but none of it is really healthy? Most is loaded with sodium sugar and saturated fats. Nothing is high in protein. Might as well eat fast food.

I appreciate that they continue to change up their meals, but a large reason I get meals from Snap is that they have (well now had) low calorie options. As a female, that's meals under 400 calories. They went from many options below 400kcal to a few to the last time I went, none. It would be great for them to provide a range of meals to suit different audiences / clientele.

Watch your credit card charges at this place. They will sign you up and charge you for food you never receive. They do not take responsibility and won't help out when I brought this to their attention. Got me for over $1,000 before I caught onto these crooks. Will be reporting to the BBB.

If I could drop there reviews to 1 I would. Going from a nice pleasant phone call to getting there and it was a quick 180. Only thing left to believe is my looks. Thank for insulting me. I didn't make a fuss I just left. You people are cruel! I will be making further complaints.
