However, just wanted a little snack today. So my colleague and I got cheese sandwiches with bacon. The only issue is there is a pinch a cheese... Only thing we taste is bread and bacon, which taste great. But where is the cheese?

One of my favorite sandwich spots in Austin. I usually get the portobello & provolone add rotisserie chicken and omg YUM!! The hot peppers are such a nice touch!
I visited the Medical Arts location. I had the Italian, and it may have been one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. There was a perfect ratio of meat to veggies, and the wheat roll tasted like it was baked earlier in the day. This was my first visit and I will be coming back.
The gluten free bread was awesome (not crumbly — IYKYK) and they even offered to clean everything along the way for celiac safety. Really impressed!
