This place is the talk of the town!
Even with a line around the corner, Pax still took the time to tell me all about his T-Rex. It’s that kind of customer-centric mindset that sets SbP apart from the rest of the “lemonade and popcorn” market!

Pax saved my life. I was driving to my grandma’s house when I lost control of the wheel and crashed. I saw the light and my life was soon to be over. Then, what I can only describe as my heaven-sent angel, came and rescued me and pulled me out as the flames engulfed my car. I owe Pax my life and my lifelong loyalty as a customer.

The best!
Amazing value and super fresh. A welcome addition to the Austin culinary scene. The house is a designated goodwill drop off spot. Bring your old clothes and drop them off!
Great snax
What is there to say about this place that “Bon Apetit” hasn’t said already? How is Pax able to maintain his cost despite the inflation crippling every other fine establishment? How does Pax maintain such high standards as the rest of the industry struggles to find quality staff? On the list of names that identify Austin’s culinary identity you haveRuth’s Chris, Uchi, and Pax’s Snacks.
Austin’s first Michelin star awarded restaurant! And the best part, is that even if they website says they are Closed, if you go to the front door and bang enough [at any time of day or night] they will welcome you in.
Ever had service so adorable and great you can’t help but smile?? You’ll leave here with your heart full.
