The food was excellent especially the deserts and the service was excellent my server was friendly, courtesy, and kind, and very beautiful bright shinning smile and a stunning personality. We expected a wait when we arrived, but the host stand wasn't always occupied. Our server was easily distracted, but mostly attentive. We have a shellfish allergy in the fam and are vegetarian, which can be tough for a tex-mex place. Maudie's was an excellent option. Black and refried beans were vegetarian and there were lots of main dish options.
