It should be illegal to advertise as still adding "fresh banana" to the shakes, had my first one in several years today and immediately knew it was off, it tastes like laffy taffy and is smooth. Disgusting.. It tastes nasty and artificial and as soon as I searched, I read from hundreds of other people deeply disappointed in this change. And it absolutely does have "banana flavor", even if derived "naturally", but it was extremely difficult to actually find ingredient information that shows this is the case. How do you get away with falsely advertising fresh fruit? Done with your business.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The drive-through worker spilled the drink as he was handing it over to me, he then put the lid back on incorrectly. I asked him to secure it, he said it was and when he picked it up again the lid popped off.
My order was also incomplete, the guy told me to park my car but wasn’t clear on where.
He then came out looking very upset and asked to re-run my card, I figured it was to run the missing item.
After someone else came out to give me my drink, I asked for said receipt and he was clearly annoyed with me pointing out that it was attached to my bag. After I said I wanted a new receipt he brought it to me without saying a single word.
This was incredibly bad service.

I eat at Sonic often. I love to eat the extra extra extra ice I ask for in my drinks. The variety of food you can get is wide. The wait-persons are super friendly, but not obtrusive.
Why would you still take a order for tenders and ched peppers and have no ranch then was told I couldn't get a refund Really.... your attitude was so disrespectful but I get it I will never come back to this sonic location

Stopped by this afternoon to get a lil drinky poo after swimming with my toddler on one of Earth's hottest days. I saw a sign for a smash burger, and as a bigger girl who loves burgers I was tantalized. I ordered cool, whatever, and then I pulled up to get my food. I did not receive a double smash burger with a tangy sauce as promised, instead I received a normal sonic double cheeseburger. I was disappointed, but as I said, I'm a bigger girl so a burger is a burger and the patty size was quite pleasing to my eye. THEY TRULY OUTDID THEMSELVES THIS TIME. They have created quite possibly the most foulest and repugnant fast food cheeseburger Austin Texas, and quite possibly the United States of America has ever witnessed. I only wish I had a trophy to give y'all, I'm no spring chicken, so to make the top of my list of worst burger ever is truly remarkable. The staff was pleasant and other than that I have no complaints. Congratulations!
