They slightly messed up my order, promptly fixed it but a guy who I can only assume is management was so rude to his employees about it! Accidents happen, there's no reason to scold someone so harshly and was actually weird to do in front of the customers, I can't imagine how he talks to him with no witness.

Gave me mozzarella sticks instead of tater tots, which was the only food I ordered, and the person at the window even verbally confirmed what I ordered and checked the receipt, lol. Had to drive back, they took the bag out of my hand and did who knows what, maybe gave them to someone else or threw them away, both bad options. Then, they gave me under-seasoned tots if indeterminate size. They didn’t even ask, but maybe they knew which size I ordered.
Can’t say this Sonic is anything like the one in my hometown.

I ordered a sonic blast TWICE bc they got my order wrong the first time and still couldn’t get it right the second time. It was vanilla ice cream with Oreos on top only, not mixed in… I’m infatuated.
Diner is freezing cold. It looks like a Pizza Hut turned Sonic. There nothing appealing about the inside location. Televisions are off. There is music playing through speakers.

Called to let them know there was a bug in my drink and the person I spoke with got defensive said they just cleaned their machines so he didn’t know how that could’ve been possible. He said he couldn’t refund me he could make me a new drink next time I visit. No thanks I won’t be back. First and last time 🤢
