The service has gotten really bad at the burnet rd location it used to be really good now it's gotten to the point where they get your order wrong or it takes them almost 10 to 15 minutes past the time it's supposed to be ready I don't know if it's the management now cause the old managers were great and these new ones act like they really don't care

I ordered 3 items. They “forgot” one of the three items. I could not get a refund. They effectively stole $10 from me. Would not recommend. Terrible service.

For 3 orders in a row there were always items missing, whether it was drive through or delivery, it was either drinks, tots, tenders. The food is good but I'm just wondering how it could happen so consistently, even when I'm ordering off peak hours it still happens.

Hello, my name is Mark. I am from Fort Lauderdale first time coming to a sonic. I’ve seen your advertisement. Your food seems very enticing on your commercials and here. I am in Austin Texas visiting family. I decided to stop at a sonics at this location. I had a double snatch burger fries. My son had the garlic burger and my wife add a garlic burger too, and we had to return it all. I felt like eating that double snatch burger was eating a pound of salt. The garlic burger had so much garlic on it and it was so greasy. My wife refused to eat it. I am very disappointed in the service. The people we talk to at this location. I’d rather eat a 7-Eleven hotdog than never ever come back to a sonic burger again and be honest with you I think 711 hotdog dogs are disgusting. Have a wonderful day and thank you very much Mark.

The last time I was here, I was missing a lot of food from my order. I had to drive back to pick up my missing food. Wasted a lot of time because of this. Very inconvenient. The servers were nice and friendly. To bad my order was incomplete.

Update: I'm stepping back my review. I noticed that the error wasn't with this Sonic but with the app. My families order wasn't added correctly and this Sonic actually gave us what we placed in the order.
My apologies to this establishment. The servers here were understanding of the situation and even apologized when it wasn't their fault. True professionals and they give meaning to the customer is always right. I highly recommend this Sonic and will be back.

They slightly messed up my order, promptly fixed it but a guy who I can only assume is management was so rude to his employees about it! Accidents happen, there's no reason to scold someone so harshly and was actually weird to do in front of the customers, I can't imagine how he talks to him with no witness.

Gave me mozzarella sticks instead of tater tots, which was the only food I ordered, and the person at the window even verbally confirmed what I ordered and checked the receipt, lol. Had to drive back, they took the bag out of my hand and did who knows what, maybe gave them to someone else or threw them away, both bad options. Then, they gave me under-seasoned tots if indeterminate size. They didn’t even ask, but maybe they knew which size I ordered.

Can’t say this Sonic is anything like the one in my hometown.
