Asked for fresh friesh with my chili cheese fries due to fries being undercooked and old a previous visit and i still received old undercooked fries. This time i am throwing up from the few fries i did eat. The popcorn chicken was also not cooked all the way through. This location could really shut down the food is not what you would expect from sonics at all.

the drive though took forever even though there was no one ahead of me, they messed up my order and didn't give me 2 of the 3 hot dogs I ordered or my tots, and still charged me for all of them, would not recommend,

The worst Sonic in the history of the franchise. Everything takes forever, the food is always wrong, the staff is rude and lazy, and the idiot manager doesn't care about complaints. Just save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. I don't even try to eat here anymore.

This location is hit or miss in terms of service. The quality of the food is always fine, but the lack of staff is unfortunate. My husband and I came here around 8pm. We waited for approximately 15 minutes after pressing the button. We saw someone in the drive thru, and thought we might have more luck there. The person on the other side explained that they were only doing stall service. We returned to the stall we were in previously. We waited another 15 minutes after pressing the red button when they shut the request off. We pressed it again and waited another 10 minutes before leaving. The franchisee needs to put more effort in finding staff before this location goes out of business.

I got a spoon full of bbq sauce on my half eaten portion of popcorn chicken was out of toppings and product DIDNT TAKE DRIVE THRU ORDERS LIKE NO SMILES NO TY NO NOTHING, they need to CLOCK out n punch n to REHAB !! Just SLOW AND WORDS I SHALL NOT SAY!
David and Mel are the best. Aside from having new people they are training as people come and go since Covid, they always make it right for you. so all of you complainers , rather then leave such low ratings , explain you are t happy with your order. many new young people trying to learn what to do. Sonic is the best for me. Their fountain drinks always have the right fizz! Thank you for the hard work in keeping your customers always coming back!

My Blast was literally vanilla with maybe 5 little chocolate chips in there.Twice have waited I swear to you, more than 10-15 min at the drive thru prior to this. No good
