Did not explain that there would be THREE price upgrades for my order. We only discussed one, and that's because I specifically asked about it. Then tried to act like that was totally normal and why should I be surprised? Also combo price on screen did not match menu price.

fast service, but 3/4ths of my cookie dough/brownie blast was just vanilla ice cream! husbands was the same! So disappointing.
