Orders always take awhile because they are always short handed which is understandable but sometimes they will forget to bring out your order and have to remind them has happened three times to me
They rarely get orders right. Needs better organization. I notice whenever someone brings out an order, it's never to the right person. They are always going back and forth. Maybe their POS needs an update? The manager will take care of you though. He's very professional.
Kristan is my favorite part of South Lamar’s Sonic! I usually stop by once or twice a week for a diet cherry limeade and she’s always so friendly and attentive. She also had the cutest watermelon nails the last time I visited! Always happy when I see her coming out the door.
