Kristan is my favorite part of South Lamar’s Sonic! I usually stop by once or twice a week for a diet cherry limeade and she’s always so friendly and attentive. She also had the cutest watermelon nails the last time I visited! Always happy when I see her coming out the door.
It’s really unfortunate when you get to a fast food restaurant and they tell you their only serving fountain drinks bc they are short staffed when they still open for another 25 minutes. I ordered a la cart chicken strips, nothing huge. To be fair I understand about being short staffed, but you are still open so then give me the option to wait. I also, understand if it was 5 or 10 minutes before closing, but almost 30 minutes and only 1 PM

I'll lead with i was a car hop 20 years ago at Sonic. There were times for orders, so they would get out on time and not get lost. We didn't have the app. I have no idea how the tracking of orders to carhop is now. It used to be a wristband scanner.
