My friend and i ordered diet Dr peppers and a side of fries. Took them forever so we had to call, they then said they’d bring it out but did not. So we called a SECOND time and they d still didn’t bring it out and when they eventually did they forgot one drink. So we had to go up to the door and ask for the missing drink. I get when ur in a rush but there was 4 cars in the parking lot. So really unsatisfied and i usually like this sonic.

I've been buying soft ice at this location for over 5yrs and I get attitude, looked at like I'm causing a problem because I asked for ice that has a certain texture. I went today at around 2:30pm and a tall Hispanic male with glasses and pony tail had an issue with me because I said it wasn't the right ice. I said that's ok can I have my credit card back and thanks. I exited the property and went back to get the store info, and the manager came out and chewed me out saying they don't have to get me that kind of ice and that I was giving them problems. The manager was Hispanic also, with glasses as well. What can be done about this, I just want ice that's all. I don't have this issue with the early shift. I also sit at the drive thru for around 15min before anyone says anything.

After sitting at the stall for 30mins and the red button timed out TWICE I still have not been helped and my order has not been taken. They haven’t come out the restaurant in 20mins and there are 3 people in there. Other cars are sitting out here too. We’ve all been out here waiting, some honking, some trying to speak into the speaker. This is unacceptable.

I've literally never had a good experience here. Multiple times I've made an order, paid, and the stall screen said it was on its way only to never show up. I'm not sure why the service is so poor, it's not exceptionally busy, but if you expect a quick drink or ice cream, don't stop here.

This is an awful location. As mentioned by somebody else, if you arrive on foot you are not a priority. I just waited 5 minutes while cars that arrived after me had their orders taken. When they finally responded, I asked what took so long and why people who arrived after me were helped first, and they refused to take my order and told me to leave.

It's always a wait if you're walking because I have to assume they prioritize the guests in a vehicle before those on foot... It's happened to me 3 times and the third time I was not only disrespected but humiliated in front of the other guests. I wanted to trade a token for a medium drink and waited about 10 minutes until I got an answer only to be told I am a liar and I had just walked up. Tried to contact corporate and hit a brick wall as they apparently want to sweep these types of instances under the rug. I am beyond words and will be seeking legal council so I may approach this from another angle.

World’s slowest sonic. Not sure if the workers are on strike, but they don’t come to the carports, They don’t answer the screen to take your order. Yet six workers stand around out front talking. Go out of your way if you have to to find a better location.

This is the worst Sonic. I wish I could give no stars. We only ordered 2 large teas and after 22 minutes, we finally left. Worst service. We sat in the drive-thru without being acknowledged for at least 5 minutes, went to a stall, pushed the button. Waited so long for a response that we order on the app. Checked in, and then waited 22 minutes for our 2 teas before we gave up and left. Terrible job, Sonic. People were driving off left and right.

Ordered a few burgers and drinks. Asked repeatedly for napkins and ketchup and was told it was in the bag, they were not. Got a sweet tea and they gave us non sweet, and in one of the burgers found a hair.

Absolutely the worst service. Speakers that are broken that arent marked so you just waste time sitting there waiting. Order at the drive through and you still don't get your stuff. Of course no one bothers to care about your time or getting you your order! Given way too many chances - it never changes. Awful awful awful. Will never go back.
