I realized I was given the wrong burger when I got home. I went back up to sonic and the manager christana remade my entire order fresh and I also received a free drink. I am appreciative she helped me quickly and was very apologetic about my order.

Would give zero if it was an option. Moved multiple times before ordering because stalls were broken. Guy taking my order said he couldn't hear me so I raised my voice. He then proceeded to tell me that I didn't have to yell. I asked him if he wanted me to go somewhere else or if he wanted a tip. He cut me off and asked if there was anything else.

Order two fish burgers and was terrible. Buns were burned on buttom edge and my tators te side of burger .ops were over cooked. The mayonnaise , lettice , and pickles were dressed only to one side.

The service was rude they never brought out drinks. We ordered in advance. I moved to 3 stalls because they were broken. The car hop told me "ma'am you've moved 3 times so we have to skip you. I pre-ordered I told her. She said regardless. It's not my fault their equipment was broken. Rudest customer service I've received in a long time. I would rather sonic keep my 10 bucks than put up with disregard and disrespect of the car hop.
