Food was cold!Employees told us they’d be right back to us 30-45 minutes later (us thinking they were re-making fixing) our order they never came back to us so we pressed the red light and an employee was like “oh I didn’t know what yall were waiting for” and we close in 5 minutes so idk what to tell you!! Omg not only did we have cold food but customer service was a -0 !! I do not recommend this location as food is disgusting and there’s ZERO professionalism whatsoever! Just go to whataburger next door you’ll get better food and customer satisfaction. AND I forgot to mention we paid $65+ for our order!! Didn’t mind waiting extra but we waited AN ENTIRE HOUR for COLD FOOD!

We waited an hour for shakes just to be told they couldn’t make our shakes due to cleaning the machine. They did not inform us of this until after we asked them twice. We did get a refund but we were checked in and they could have told us that they couldn’t complete our order beforehand. Their Manager was avoidant when they offered complimentary shakes and we did not get them.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I order food using the mobile at. Showed up and checked in. Waited 45 and saw other vehicles show up after me and got their food. I hit the red button and waited about another 8 min for someone to respond. During that wait I called the establishment and no answer. When someone finally answer at the stallI asked for a refund. He told me someone would be out shortly to get my ticket number for a refund. Waited another 30 min and no one showed up. Definitely the worst service I ever encounter at a sonic. Would not be coming back here

Was at drive thru for 6 min Noone came on but I see coworker outside on his phone so I left drive thru went to stall 12 to wait 4 minutes before someone came on so I placed my order online through app at 902pm didn't get order til 920 food was super cold that Sonic I'd horrible not the first time I placed order waited this will be my last ...

Management is not training staff well. On several occasions I have ordered a double cheese burger without the bun, no fries ot tots. Tonight the order taker seemed unclear on the concept. Eventually,, he understood. The order came well packaged. However, when I got home, there was no cheese on my double cheeseburger! ? I feel that staff wanted to do a good job, but had been inadequately trained.

The worst place

So today I went to the sonic by my house. And spent a total of $21. I gave the sonic employee a $100 , the sonic employee said there no change can you do another form of payment I told no. She told she was gonna go talk to her manager I was already to give the food back. But she said the manager went to go get change. Well anyways the manager got and she came back and gave my change, she said go ahead and count if you want. And I was just trying to get out of there, I was waiting a minute. So as I’m about to leave my husband decides to count and tells me there’s only $ 58, so I reverse and park in a different spot and go to confront the employee. And she takes the $58 and the receipt back to the manager. I was suppose to get back $ 70. The manager comes out and says if he’s gonna go through the videos and the audio to see what happened. I was waiting a good 30 minutes until I called the police because nobody was wanting to give me information or anything. So long story short sonic stole $22 for me. Please count your change before y’all leave. I would never trust this Sonic again.

This is the only sonic close to my house every time i come here the terrible customer service is worse and worse. I mobile order and it never fails that i pull up i put im here the order says on the way then boom 10 min goes by and i have to hit the button just for the staff to sound annoyed that im asking for my food? Also i include a picture of the sausage egg and cheese burrito. I ordered three and all of them looked like this three nuggets of sausage. DONT WORK HERE IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB. The customers shouldn’t have to suffer because you hate your job.

Ordered online a cold coffee was drinking it when opened lid and a hair in cup gross ?, my husband ordered a combo and I got the cold vanilla coffee. Check before u start drinking drinks. Now gotta check tea the came w combo.

Used the window to order and it went well. The shakes were great. Didn't stay so the atmosphere seemed cool at the moment.Vegetarian options: I got the hot fudge shake and my friend got a strawberry shake. They came with whipped topping, cherry on top and we were pleased to each get a long straw, long spoon and napkins for easier navigation! ?
