Every… Single… Time… I have ordered through the app for pickup the order seems to be processed but then no one brings it out when I check in. I have to press the button to get someone’s attention and it turns out my order has been sitting in a shelf or counter getting cold apparently because it is brought out immediately. Save your privacy and don’t sign up for the app for a few cents discount and even worse service.

Wait was good and the carhop was nice. There was a hair that I had to pull out of my mouth on the first bite of the coney though. This was my first time here so we'll see if that's a norm.

Corporate gave them new (bad) software, and probably rolled it out too fast without training them. It was a mess, my order took almost an hour, but Gloria and everyone working was doing everything they could to make up for Sonic’s new shitty tech. Gloria and everyone who works there is great, and they deserve better
