Our dinner was excellent- delicious and fresh. Service was sub-par. We experienced extremely long waits between plates. Not sure if they were short staffed but is impacted our usually enjoyable dining experience. Hopefully this was a one time issue.

We've been blessed to eat at some of the best sushi restaurants in the US and our meal at Soto was definitely top-5 and maybe best overall. Catherine was amazing and the use of truffle was an incredible compliment to some amazing dishes. Keep it up Soto and Hook ‘em Horns!

We are very selective about our sushi, and this was excellent. The uni pasta was truly a treat. It was all pricey, but worth it. 4 stars for atmosphere only because we would have preferred a little less noise level. Looking forward to returning.
