The food here was delicious as always and our waitress was very attentive, friendly, and thorough. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary that night and were comped a dessert which was appreciated. The only semi negative thing is that the small tables are so close together and the restaurant gets quite busy, so it was hard to hear my husband talking due to how loud everyone else in the place was.

We had been to the north location before and the exceptional food brought us back but WOW, Cooper at the S Lamar location gave us an entirely different and still wonderful experience. Compliments to the chef and the server. Every dish he surprised us with was incredible, everything was paced well and the overall attention the detail was superb. Just moved to the neighborhood, so really had no experience or expectations of the place so decided to stop in. It seemed to look more casual from the outside so we dressed causal but nothing inappropriate. Sat down and decided to get a just a couple of apps and asked the waiter if there were any simple rolls on the menu instead of what they offered on the menu.
