We went for brunch with 2 friends, we have been before and liked the place. This time the staff were obviously overwhelmed undertrained and unable to rectify issues. Everyone’s else’s meal apart from mine was delivered in a haphazard way (deserts came out first!!). Mine however never showed up and I asked three of the servers to check where it was and one of them remarked that the kitchen was “stacked out” and casually walked away!
