AMAZING! I had El Xolo cater for my wedding in November. The were wonderful to work with and their food was out of this world! This is a prime example of a hidden gem. You will not be disappointed. Some of the best tacos I've ever had.

El Xolo Tacos is located inside a shell gas station. The restaurant serves fast, great tasting tacos and burritos. Their breakfast tacos are top notch. The pre-made breakfast tacos from a glass case were kinda cold, but tasted good. The green salsa is tasty with a soft flavor at first, then a kick. The salsa verde has the perfect amount of spice. One chorizo/egg and one migas taco were both excellent. Potato, egg, and cheese tacos were the perfect combination. The corn tortillas are great for gluten free eaters. Portions are hefty and bigger than expected for the price. Service is super fast and accommodating. The staff are kind, friendly, polite, and wonderful. This is the perfect place to walk to in the morning. Overall 5/5.
