Absolutely awful customer service- I ordered vegetarian dumpling soup and they delivered dumplings with pork- I had to bite into the dumpling and chew it to find out - I have not eaten meat intentionally for over 40 years - it’s quite traumatic for me- the worst part was the staff response when I called to inform them of the mistake - they accused me of lying - said they would never do that- obviously it happened I know the difference between tofu and meat ) and never apologized- worst customer service actually EVER!

They do not give you an option to place an order. You have to pay $50 for unlimited food and drink. You can’t just order off the menu and pay for what you order. Total rip off and management/servers are rude. Horrible customer service- will not be back
