It’s always pleasant here, the staff is friendly and I’ve never had a bad drinkDietary restrictions: They have the ingredients for everything in the app and staff is very helpful answering if you don’t have the app. 4 types of non dairy milk (soy, oat, almond, coconut). It’s very easy for me to navigate the menu with my many food allergies

They gave me caffeine when I said decaf as I can't have caffeine. I began having problems later in the day and night. Very unacceptable

Stopped by to pickup a couple gift cards. They said they couldn’t load them. Also, if you want to order anything, you have to pay with the Starbucks app. Can’t accept Apple Pay or any other credit / debit card.

Ordered online and when I arrived the lobby was closed, i drive a limo for work, so i had to park and walk the drive through and wait behind 6 cars ordering, to get my coffee all because employees closed lobby early so they can clock out earlyWhats the point of online ordering if i still have to wait through a long line of drive through cars.Seen this at several Starbucks locations lately, with lobbys closing early.Makes me not wanna order starbucks when im on a time crunch, cuz 15 minutes in the drivethrough for a online order isnt very practical for my $11 coffee

I think the customer service quality has gone down with the sense of obligatory self-entitlement in customer service care. Having said that, the barristers are very rude, the quality of the Oleatos brewed are purposefully served curtly, and you are forced to buy more.
Not sure how many times this has happened now but they’ve raised prices and on top of it are filling your drinks less. Like I said this is not the first time it’s happened.

My Monday Morning Brain misread the i-35 & Oltorf location as 1st & Oltorf multiple times when ordering in the app. When I showed up to grab my order it of course was not in their system. They were kind enough to make it for me anyway! I shouldn't be surprised though as I hit this drive through multiple times a month and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always so friendly!

We only use their drive thru. There is a car ramp, which is not great. I wouldn't feel super comfortable if I had a large vehicle.The drinks are standard starbucks quality and the workers are nice.

I put a bad review here because of a very unhappy racism experience. I used a wrong English word because I was outraged by coffee spilled all over my shirt, and a white woman looked at me with judging eyes, talking to the barista “is she using word xxxx”. And the barista answered yes. It would be appreciated to notify your customers not to be rude instead of agreeing with them. All of your ancestors are immigrants and English was probably not their first language. I bet the lady does not even know how to survive in a very different country which does not speak her first language with a competitive job offer. Because all competent human beings I run into my life with better education, better culture sense and higher income know how to be respectful and keep learning from others. And obviously she is not one of them. Only ppl with shallow experiences and narrow mind judge because of being ignorant.
