I went to the counter to order, the employee walked away, saying I’ll be right back, I asked for the restroom code, she replied that I had to purchase something before she would give me the restroom code. Seriously ?!? After all the money I’ve spent in this place over the years?! But because this location is locking the restroom doors because of what ? The homeless? who are trying to have a bit of dignity in using the restroom rather than in the street. Get a grip Starbucks

Busy time of morning right around the corner from the hospital and my service was quick I got the caramel brûlée hot and it was delicious along with the ham and Swiss panini. I made it to work on time which is a big deal to me.

I am a Starbucks member, but today I have to say that Starbucks here disappointed me very much, I don't understand why I have to pay $3.62 for the toilet, all the Starbucks branches I go to, I don't have to pay for the toilet, Starbucks is a big company, I don't understand why they have to do that. I advise anyone who is thinking of going to Starbucks to think again, for me, I will never drink coffee here again including other Starbucks branches in the world, I am very disappointed..

All 5 ⭐️s go to Luis!! I had to pick up 7 coffees for a meeting and one Starbux employee basically told me I was on my own. BUT, Luis came to the rescue! I didn’t even ask him he just overheard that was having trouble. He bagged and tagged all coffees so I could safely make it up to the 3rd floor without spilling a drop!! Give this man a raise!!
Not busy at all, but so many mobile orders it took *forever* to get two simple coffee drinks....
I don't come often anymore to Starbucks; the few times I do, I'm affronted with the same issue -- just way too long to get a coffee.

With 4 employees and no one else in line, it takes over 3 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. 12 more minutes before being handed a no-foam latte with 3 inches of foam. Then I have to hear that's how we make a no-foam latte here. Then the remake is exactly the same. Like I don't consistently get no foam at other stores. 20 minutes to get coffee when no one else was in line. Not only is the manager an argumentative little twit, but the other employees are clueless to customer service as well. On my last visit to this location the rude server refused to stir the cream into a cold brew. She literally gave me a stink-eye, then swirled the cup in her hand twice and said, "here". I'll just avoid this location going forward. The uneducated 20 somethings of today are ridiculous.

Tried stopping here again and the espresso tastes burnt. I never have an issue at other locations except this one. I go to Starbucks almost daily. Literally threw my latte out as it was disgusting.
