Order was picked up by mistake but they had us wait for forty minutes for our order just to give the wrong drink.
When handing over the order it was just that. Here you go and walk off.
I won’t be back.
Its a lovely starbucks with amazing drinks and friendly staff . The drinks came out faster than I could leave this review 🎃☕️

Super disappointed in the customer service here. Manager Michelle was no help. Super rude and not understanding of a situation at all with my order. The decaf machine at this location is broken, instead of letting me know, I was given a note from the delivery driver showing “they were out of my items” no call, no help from the manager. I wouldn’t have even known but I called ahead to confirm my order was decaf because I cannot have regular. After working customer service for 15 years and a former Starbucks employee, I’m embarrassed this woman is in charge as a “manager” she didn’t handle anything like a valued manager. I would never recommend going here for anything not working. That would be an awful person to work for.

I stopped by this Starbucks early in the morning and had an all-around great experience. From the moment I walked in, the employees were polite, welcoming, and attentive. You could tell they cared about the customers and worked well as a team. The store itself was very clean, organized, and had a chill vibe—perfect for a morning pick-me-up. I ordered a Venti Cinnamon Dolce Latte, and it was made just right: hot, flavorful, with a smooth cinnamon sweetness that wasn’t overpowering. It was ready quickly, and the quality really stood out. I’ve been to many Starbucks locations, and this one impressed me with both service and quality. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and handed a drink that’s exactly how you like it. I give this Starbucks five stars for excellent customer service, speed, cleanliness, and a perfectly made drink. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back again. Great job to the team working this morning!

We order through the app at this location, and it seems like every time our drinks never taste like they do then when we go to any other location, we pay extra for stuff, and it's not in the drinks, I work in the food industry to and I feel like the bare minimum you can do is at least read what an order has on it.

It doesnt take 15min to make an acai refresher when there's no one in line before or after me. The 4 girls were just chatting and SLOWLY stocking stuff, totally unfazed.

My coffee tasted like burnt coffee so I asked the employee to see if I could get a new one. She gave me this odd look and told me the coffee can’t be burnt because they just pour it. No wonder no one goes to Starbucks anymore

Way too busy for their own good. Drinks are wrong. Under filled or over flowing. They will laugh at you when you complain as they did right in front of me, then show me my drink and ask if it looks right. Next visit drink was missing quarter of milk and asked to fix it and she pour so much milk it poured over the counter bland walked away with me holding a mess. Disrespectful employees and crap service. Just go to target or buda. This location is garbage.

Location sucks the employees are rude and I had to raise my voice and wave my hands to get assistance
I've been ordering the same matcha drink from Starbucks for a while now, but the last two times have been really disappointing. Both times, the matcha powder wasn't blended properly — you could still see clumps of it floating in the drink. It tasted overly bitter, and even though I ordered it with vanilla sweet cold foam, there was none in my cup. This isn’t what I expect, especially when I’ve consistently received a better version of this drink in the past.
