Horrible location, I’ll be driving the extra 5 minutes somewhere else now. Mobile orders always take 20 minutes. Just placed an order and waited 30 minutes for it and then when I went to ask about it was told they were sold out of that drink.

I ordered 2 cappacino , not foamed properly and literally the liquid was less than 1/4 of the cup, when I raised the issue they weren’t even ready to take a look,felt very arrogant!
Not the Starbucks quality, need proper training or the employees just don’t care..

When I walked in on Christmas Eve, I was greeted with a friendly hello. Oakley made our drinks and went above and beyond with customer service. Really appreciated her attitude especially during the holidays and the drinks were delicious!

Placed an order online today 12/14 and was patiently waiting for my order. The barista wouldn’t stop complaining about the amount of orders. She out loud rudely told everyone it would be 40min. Proceeded to talk to her co worker as a disgruntled employee as 12 people awkwardly stood around waiting. I lost my patience and asked for a refund. I saw her scare 20 people away with bad attitude while I waited. Horrible experience

Second time I’ve been here in a week and mobile ordering is apparently not working and takes over 20 minutes to get a coffee. Not acceptable especially when nothing is communicated from employees until well into standing there waiting for your mobile order.

Don't come here if you're in a hurry. Even ordering ahead doesn't help! They're is no sense of urgency, and everyone just seems slow motion. It's crowded with people looking angry waiting and there employees are all just walking around laughing and talking. At least someone is in good spirits!
