Laura and Elora at the Starbucks at 300 East 4th Street, Austin Texas were AMAZING! Excellent customer service from the word hello. Service with a smile and showed patience to an indecisive customer.
I had a quick visit to this location for lattes and Impossible Sandwiches. The order arrived quickly, and the staff, though not overtly friendly, were OK.

This Starbucks is very friendly. They are one of the most friendly locations I've been to.
Is this supposed to be the large size? I paid for a large drink and they gave me two medium ones, the rather rude and grumpy girl served us quite quickly, to get out of the way and close the store, empty display cases without a single dessert, they should improve their services and remember that the Store closes at 4pm not at 3:00pm.

The staff is friendly enough but the location is way too small for the level of foot traffic and the baristas fall below the usual Starbucks standard. Tried two different beverages here and both were disappointing. I would suggest trying a local coffee shop instead — not recommended.

Best Starbucks in Austin - Leah and Laura are the sweetest and remember me when I come in. On the rare chance there’s a line (usually only when there’s a conference in town) it’s well managed with multiple employees staffed and they always turn drinks out quick!
