Hit-or-miss experience. The first day was great—my mobile order was ready earlier than expected. On the second day, though, my mobile order took over 30 minutes even though the estimate was under 10. People who ordered after me received their drinks first, and when I asked about my order, the first barista seemed annoyed and told me she will work on it. 20 minutes later, when I asked again, a different barista finally started making my coffee.
this is my absolute favorite starbucks around austin. the staff is so kind and considerate. Laura and the manager are always so sweet and they make the best drinks. I specifically walk a little further to this location for the service and the coffee.
This starbucks is attached to the Courtyard Marriott. The staff members are so friendly and we enjoyed stopping to chat with them. Coffee was excellent, quickly provided, and Isaac even remembered our order day 2. \n\nThankful for this kind staff on our first trip to Austin!
